Saunas vs. steam rooms

For many, the debate over steam room vs. sauna is all about temperature.  It is the most obvious - and easily defined - difference between the two exposures. But perhaps there doesn't need to be any debate at all! If moist heat is agreeable to you, your health professional endorses it and you enjoy spending time in a dense, moist environment – go for it!
