Hull construction starts with vac-formed sheets of Lucite cast acrylic strengthened by several layers of fiberglass composite, applied by hand. No spray foam, no plastic backing or fillers, Arctic uses only the highest quality materials and the most up-to-date technology when building hot tub shells.
