Arctic Spas' Heatlock design and Tru-guard heater make your hot tub extremely energy efficient, but all that means nothing if your ill-fitting or poorly insulated spa cover lets the heat escape out the top.

Arctic offers an optional, upgraded hot tub cover unlike any other hot tub lid in the industry. The Castcore® Mylovac cover starts with foam twice as dense as the industry average. A metal 'C' channel is inserted into the foam centers for added strength and the whole thing is sealed in a waterproof mylovac bag, which is vacuum and heat sealed. No moisture is getting inside this hot tub cover!

The hot tub lid is finished with longer wind flaps, carry handles, locking straps and an insulating baffle along the seam.

The 'C' channel construction makes your hot tub lid strong enough to hold thousands of pounds of weight, so no more worries about those piles of snow or rowdy children climbing on your spa.

Plus, Arctic's Castcore covers are built to fit snugly over your hot tub, sealing in the heat and locking out everything else. They are so well built, they blow the lid off other hot tub cover designs.

Our foam injection system and Mylovac™ design make Castcore covers highly resistant to water saturation, significantly prolonging the life of the cover. Castcore hot tub covers extend down to the rim of the cabinet, guaranteeing total insulation at the top of the spa, preventing heat loss and safeguarding against the build-up of snow and rainwater.

When the spa is not in use, the hot tub cover can be secured with lockable straps. This keeps small children, animals and debris out of your hot tub and keeps the cover in place, even in the face of harsh weather conditions or high winds.
