Hot tub covers from Apollo Spas come in a wide range of sizes and specifications. For the best insulation, fit and security, choose the ULTRAVAC cover, which retains more heat and lasts longer than any other spa lid. It was designed for extremely cold climates, where winter temperatures can hover around -30°F for weeks at a time and icy winds can blow standard hot tub covers away.
The ULTRAVAC features:
- High density foam – tapered for water runoff
- Steel reinforcement in the spine to prevent cracking under a snow load
- Foam insulation, heat-sealed in Mylar foil to totally prevent water absorption
- Insulating baffle down the internal seam
- Extra long exterior wind guards
- Four sturdy locking straps with keyed, metal padlocks for security
- Thick marine grade vinyl exterior, with extra UV protection. Our vinyl is rated at -18°F Cold Crack! This is the temperature at which the vinyl can freeze and crack open. Most hot tub covers are only rated to +14°F.
ULTRAVAC hot tub covers cost a bit more, but they pay for themselves with durability and performance.
