Good afternoon.  I am writing this letter and it is much overdue.  I just want to thank you for the wonderful service we received when looking at spas a couple of months ago.  We went to several stores and your Everett store was the last stop of the day.  I want to personally thank Mike for all of his help and knowledge.  My wife and I were asking all kinds of questions and Mike had all the answers.  We stayed much after the normal closing hours and Mike was never pushy or did he try to hurry us along so he could go home.  He was always showing the courtesy and professionalism that is sorely lacking in a lot of the retail industry.

My wife and I have been extremely happy with our Arctic spa and I am always recommending Apollo to everyone I know that is looking for a new spa.  Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

So far we love our Arctic Spa.  Nick at the Coeur d’Alene store has been great.  He’s answered all our questions and is always very courteous & friendly.

All the folks at Tukwila when we went to see our tub going through the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) were extremely helpful.  They had the tub filled and took us to get a first glimpse with the Deluxe Northern Lights on and the warehouse lights off.  Very impressive!  Stephanie is a doll, wonderful to work with.  The delivery crew did a great job and not that we have our new Arctic Spa at home, we love how quiet it is!

We haven’t got the electrical hooked up yet, but it looks great.  Joey did a great job.  A+ on sales.
